- You will see the following application form and fill the all required fields.

- Select your District, Pass type, pass category, Sub Category
- Enter your Address, Email ID, Name, Mobile Number
- Select ID Type, Upload ID, Upload Photo & Supporting Documents
- Select Vehicle Type, Enter Vehicle Number
- Then Select movement duration by entering From Date & To Date
- In the end, write your reason for going out
- Now finally, hit the submit button & Submit the application
How to check applied Epass status?
Once you have filled the online application, it automatically goes to the concerned authority of the concerned area. Depending on your pass type, reason & supporting documents, your application may get approved or rejected by the authority. The status of your Curfew pass application will be intimated on your mobile number via SMS and email.
If your pass request is approved, a link to Download the Lockdown pass will be delivered to your mobile number and email id. You can carry this pass on the requested date along with original documents.
